The Partnership Integration Coordinator role is responsible for leading seamless partner integration through content calendar integration across all of David’s Bridal channels and timely execution of contracted marketing placements and creative deliverables across the David’s Bridal network.

She/he/they plays a critical role as direct partnership team liaison, leading daily management and growth of the organization’s partnership network in alignment with business strategies, to establish David’s Bridal as the leader in the bridal planning space.

Essential Functions:

  • Drive daily internal operations across the strategic partnership programs including partnerships calendar, creative content review and creative management for client materials.
  • Brief and lead content calendar and creative asset development review and approvals through our project management system according to specifications.
  • Serve as the liaison between the partner and our internal marketing team to support campaigns that align with brand marketing initiatives and aesthetic.
  • Drive all partner marketing related activities, including placement of new Diamond Loyalty partners on the David's Bridal website to meet contract terms.
  • Support activities to collect, organize and catalog vendor data in preparation of launching (and ongoing maintenance) of new portal for local and national partners.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Required or Preferred):

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Years of related experience: 1 - 2 years.
  • Required skills & abilities: Proficient with Power Point, Excel, Word and like digital tools. Comfort in project management software.
  • Other Requirements: Detail Oriented, while still being able to see the big picture. Ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams and with external partners. Ability to convey a “team first” mentality; has a collaborative nature. Strong interpersonal and judgement skills to influence internal and external teams. Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time. Ability to review and interpret information in order to perform duties. Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot. Excellent critical thinking, data analysis, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, or similar device with or without assistive technology.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work.
  • Ability to travel by car, rail or air.
