The Lead Ticketing Clerk is responsible for printing all ticket request issued by merchants via shared file along with ensuring all tickets are shipped on-time. The Lead Ticketing clerk will also assist Inventory Control Manager and Inventory Control Coordinator with projections that arise.

Essential Functions:      

Print & ship tickets for ALL vendor Po/Bulk request via merchant shared ticket log or direct email.  Maintain all ticketing machinery, ticket stock and create service tickets with Avery Dennison when needed.  Update shared merchant requested ticket log with completion data.

Perform DC auditing of inbound & outbound shipments.  Work with DC receiving team to rectify ALL transfer variances. Create weekly DC stock report for ALL DC locations.  Monitor and assist with correcting weekly DC case labeling cleanup.

Investigate ALL DC inventory problems.
Assist with resolving vendor compliance issues.

Validate and assist with ALL returning Fillberg RTV’s.

Support Inventory Control Manager with pre/post physical inventory setup.

Special projects as needed.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (required or preferred):

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Years of Related Experience:  1-3

Required Skills & Abilities:  Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel.

Travel Requirements:  Minimal Travel Required (1 - 2 x per year) 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, or similar device with or without assistive technology.

Ability to perform sedentary work.

Ability to balance, bend, kneel, squat, and reach.

Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Ability to move throughout the distribution center.

Ability to travel by car, rail or air
