The Partnership Operations Specialist is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting the setup, launch, quality assurance, and ongoing operational maintenance of Enterprise Partnership programs.
This role will help move partners and initiatives from “ready to execute” to “live and functioning correctly,” ensuring products, assets, integrations, and digital experiences are set up accurately and issues are followed through to resolution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple systems, and persistent about closing the loop. This person does not need to technical but should be comfortable working within technology platforms, identifying issues, documenting them clearly, and partnering with IT and other internal teams to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Partner Setup
- Support partner onboarding and product setup across Shopify Collective, Mirakl, and other current or future marketplace/dropship platforms
- Validate partner and product information prior to launch, including SKUs, pricing, product descriptions, imagery, links, inventory, and other required attributes
- Ensure products and partner experiences are configured correctly before being pushed live
- Maintain setup checklists and track outstanding requirements through completion
QA & Digital Experience
- Conduct pre- and post-launch QA of partner products and experiences on David’s Bridal digital properties
- Review product pages for accuracy, imagery, formatting, pricing, links, inventory availability, and overall customer experience
- Identify discrepancies between partner-provided information, system setup, and the live customer experience
- Document issues and coordinate corrections with the appropriate internal or external teams
- Perform recurring checks following launches and significant updates
Partnership Operations & Execution Support
- Provide flexible execution support across Enterprise Partnerships based on business priorities
- Coordinate collection and organization of partner assets, imagery, copy, and other required materials
- Support programming and QA of digital partnership activations, including e-spots and other promotional placements
- Pull and organize reporting or performance data for the Partnerships and Account Management teams
- Assist with partner launches, promotional updates, assortment changes, and other time-sensitive initiatives
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and status updates across multiple concurrent projects
- Take on additional operational projects as partnership models and business needs evolve
What Success Looks Like
- Partners move from setup to live status efficiently and accurately
- Products and partnership experiences launch with minimal errors
- Issues have clear ownership and are actively driven through resolution
- Partner feedback does not get lost between teams
- Marketplace and digital experiences are routinely validated after launch
- Account Managers spend less time chasing operational tasks and more time managing partner relationships and growing revenue
- Leadership has clear visibility into outstanding issues, dependencies, and launch status
- The role can flex across partnership initiatives as priorities change
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, eCommerce, marketplace support, project coordination, account support, merchandising operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or errors
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to follow issues through to completion across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable learning and working within multiple technology platforms
- Experience with Shopify, Mirakl, marketplace platforms, eCommerce systems, CMS tools, or ticketing systems preferred
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and pulling, organizing, and validating data
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Able to work independently while knowing when an issue requires escalation
