  • Identify opportunities to integrate Pearl experiences, partner offerings and value propositions into media and affiliate strategies, connecting customer acquisition to the broader David’s and Pearl ecosystem.

Agency & Partner Leadership

  • Lead the strategic and day-to-day relationship with media agency partners, setting direction, priorities, briefs and performance expectations and holding partners accountable for recommendations, execution, optimization and business results
  • Challenge agency recommendations and ensure media plans reflect David’s business priorities, customer insights, performance data and broader marketing strategy.
  • Own the full media operating cycle from strategy and briefing through agency activation, optimization, measurement and recommendations.
  • Build productive relationships with media platforms, affiliate networks and other external partners to identify opportunities, improve performance and bring forward emerging capabilities and best practices.

Performance, Measurement & Optimization

  • Own performance against key customer and business outcomes, including efficient acquisition, qualified traffic, customer identification and Diamond enrollment, appointments, omnichannel revenue, media efficiency and incremental business impact.
  • Partner with Analytics and Ecommerce to advance attribution, incrementality, conversion and customer value/LTV measurement, connecting media performance to both near-term outcomes and longer-term customer value
  • Lead a disciplined test-and-learn roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, placements, partners, channels and investment strategies, translating learnings into ongoing optimization.
  • Establish clear dashboards and business reviews and synthesize performance, customer and market insights into recommendations on priorities, investment and growth opportunities.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted media advisor to Marketing and senior leadership, translating complex performance and customer insights into clear recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with Digital/Search, CRM & Loyalty, Integrated Marketing, Creative/Brand, Merchandising, Analytics, Ecommerce, Finance and Pearl stakeholders to connect media strategy to the broader customer journey.
