The Senior Vice President of E‑Commerce & Growth is a transformational, results-driven leader responsible for scaling customer acquisition, revenue, and lifetime value through paid media–led growth, best‑in‑class digital experiences, and rigorous performance optimization.

Sitting at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance marketing, this role owns the full growth engine—from top‑of‑funnel paid media and partnerships through on‑site conversion, personalization, and retention—with end‑to‑end P&L accountability for the e‑commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Growth Leadership (Primary Emphasis)

• Own the global paid media vision, strategy, and investment across all channels: paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, CTV, streaming audio, OOH, experiential, and emerging platforms
• Set channel-level budgets, pacing, and investment priorities to maximize ROI, CAC efficiency, and long-term customer value
• Lead a performance‑rigorous, test‑and‑learn culture—balancing brand-building and acquisition at scale
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop breakthrough creative, messaging, and targeting strategies
• Establish optimization and testing frameworks, leveraging insights from analytics teams while remaining focused on strategic decision‑making


Top‑of‑Funnel Growth & Integrated Campaign Planning

• Lead monthly and quarterly integrated growth planning, including seasonal moments, proprietary brand programming, and partnership activations
• Ensure seamless alignment across brand, content, creative, social, PR, CRM, site, and retail/store teams
• Prioritize high-impact growth initiatives that fuel awareness, consideration, engagement, and traffic—without losing sight of near-term performance
• Activate partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and media extensions that expand reach and acquisition efficiency


E‑Commerce, Digital Product & Experience Ownership

• Own the end‑to‑end e‑commerce experience, including website, mobile, checkout, personalization, and merchandising
• Partner with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to define and execute the digital product roadmap
• Champion user-centered design, CRO, and experimentation to improve conversion, AOV, retention, and lifetime value
• Ensure paid traffic lands in high‑performing, emotionally compelling digital experiences optimized for both conversion and brand affinity


P&L Ownership & Financial Leadership

• Own full P&L responsibility for the e‑commerce and digital growth business
• Manage revenue forecasting, media investment allocation, contribution margins, and growth profitability
• Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to align investment strategies with business targets
• Balance short-term performance with long-term brand and customer value creation


Agency, Partner & Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Serve as the senior strategic lead for paid media, analytics, and growth agencies
• Drive accountability, performance standards, and operational excellence across partners
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Analytics, and Technology leadership to deliver unified growth outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to the C‑suite, translating performance data into strategic recommendations


Measurement, Performance & Optimization

• Own key growth KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, media efficiency, and margin contribution
• Define success metrics and performance expectations across channels and initiatives
• Translate insights into strategic pivots—while delegating executional analytics to specialized teams
• Continuously refine growth strategy to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact


Education

Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Strategy strongly preferred


Experience

12+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or digital commerce leadership
• Proven success managing large, multi‑channel paid media budgets and scaling customer acquisition
• Experience owning or directly influencing P&L performance
• Strong background working with agencies and in-house teams
• Prior experience in e‑commerce, DTC, retail, fashion, or bridal/luxury strongly preferred


Skills & Competencies

• Expert-level understanding of paid media platforms, attribution, and measurement frameworks
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen
• Ability to lead through influence, inspire teams, and drive cross‑functional alignment
• Executive presence with the ability to clearly communicate strategy and performance to senior stakeholders
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for creating emotionally resonant brand moments
