The Director, Enterprise Accounts is responsible for leading the Enterprise Account Management Team and overseeing the success and growth of strategic enterprise partnerships within the David’s Bridal & Pearl ecosystem. This role focuses on nurturing long-term relationships, driving partner performance, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across national and B2B accounts, and account retention. The Director will be a strategic thinker and skilled operator who will contribute to revenue growth through both direct account strategy and team leadership, ensuring partners are engaged, supported, and aligned with brand goals.


Core Responsibilities:

Enterprise Account Management

  • Own the post-sale relationship with strategic enterprise partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and performance.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and integration of newly signed partners. Drive initiatives to optimize the onboarding process.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal planning.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts, resolving escalations and aligning on long-term goals.
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks to revenue or engagement.

Team Leadership & Performance Oversight

  • Lead a team of enterprise account managers focused on partner success and growth.
  • Set and track KPIs including core revenue, upsell revenue, onboarding metrics, media and advertising performance, store program performance, retention rates,  and partner satisfaction and engagement. Work with analytics resources to implement dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions with the team.
  • Ensure CRM discipline and accurate documentation of account activities and growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to David’s leadership on account performance, risks, and expansion potential.

Growth Strategy & Partner Expansion

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Store Operations, and Ecommerce  teams to identify and execute growth initiatives within existing accounts.
  • Analyze partner performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop scalable account programs that align with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Support the development of new offerings and packages tailored to enterprise partner needs.
  • Support new strategic initiatives at David’s Bridal including new verticals new solutions.
  • Coordinate agenda and content for quarterly Pearl Advisory Board meetings. Manage relationships with Advisory Board members.

AI Enablement & Account Optimization

  • Leverage AI tools to monitor account health, predict churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with internal enablement and IT teams to train account managers on AI platforms and ensure effective usage.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve account workflows and tools to enhance productivity and partner outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise account management experience, with a focus on strategic partnerships and growth.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing account teams with measurable success in retention and expansion.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled account or customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce Einstein/Agentforce, Gainsight, HubSpot AI).
  • Strong relationship management, communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.  Good knowledge of consumer marketing.
  • Some travel required, including regular trips to David’s home office, on-site meetings with key partners, and attending industry conferences /  trade shows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the wedding industry and adjacent market opportunities, including customer lifecycle and seasonal dynamics.
  • Experience managing national or multi-regional accounts in retail, media, fashion, or ecommerce.
  • Strategic mindset with operational discipline and executional rigor.
