We Make Dreams Happen!
- Process and track daily vendor invoices sent to electronic inbox. This includes matching to purchase order and validating the expense is included in the budget/forecast.
- Maintain and track all vendor invoice activity (includes both IT capital and operating expense budgets) within excel spreadsheets.
- Assist in month-end financial close process including partnering with accounting to ensure all IT related accruals are properly recorded via excel workbooks. Post month-end close, reconcile any open/unpaid vendor invoices. Update capital portfolio tracker spreadsheet.
- Create and process purchase orders for new vendor contracts and renewal contracts.
- Research and reconcile IT vendor inquiries. Adhoc requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors’ degree preferred in business related or technical field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Equivalent working experience will be considered.
- Ability to analyze and recommend improvements to policies and procedures relative to financial matters.
- Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to create/maintain advanced spreadsheets/databases.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Minimal Travel Required (1 – 2 Times per year).
